Our Referral Program Policy explains important aspects of our talents' referral procedures. We place great importance on referrals because we trust our communities. We want to make this process as smooth as possible for referrers and those to who they refer.
This Talent Referral Program Policy applies to everyone who refers a candidate or an expert to our network.
If you know someone who you think deserves a better place to work and would like to join our talent pool, feel free to refer them. If we end up hiring a referred candidate, you are eligible for Talent Referral Reward.
If you know someone who is an expert in his field, is a great interviewer, and would be a good fit to join our Interviewers networks, feel free to refer them. You are eligible for Expert Referral Reward after the first successful interview held by the referred interviewer.

You are eligible to receive $1000 if we end up hiring a candidate referred by you.
Our referral rewards may be higher if we hire your referred candidate in a hard-to-fill specific role. That requires an additional announcement by our Referral Program Manager. Additional rules for rewards:

Everyone is eligible to participate in our referral program.
We have two conditions for candidates who can qualify you for our rewards. They should:

Generally, we encourage you to check our open talent pools and consider your social networks and external networks as potential resources for referred talents.
When someone makes a referral, a message is sent to the referred candidates, asking them to officially apply and give their consent.
We will contact every referred candidate, and we will interview every candidate referred to our opened talent pool.
Within a month of the date, a candidate is hired, we will pay the first part of the reward. We will pay the second part of the reward after 6 months of the new hire.
Keep in mind that rewards may be subject to taxation.
Please contact our referral program manager for more information. We may change our referral bonus program over time to add more interesting incentives. We also reserve the right to abolish certain rewards if they prove ineffective or inefficient. We’ll communicate any change clearly and timely. Talents who referred candidates before a reward was changed will still receive the appropriate reward.
